What to Prepare & What to Send

Please review these steps before submitting your materials so your memorialprogram can be prepared smoothly and on time.

Submission timeline

All program information must be submitted at least 4 business days before the service date. Rush requests may include expedited handling fees and may not always be guaranteed depending on scheduling availability.

Photo Guidelines

• Send original photos whenever possible
• Avoid screenshots unless cropped cleanly
• Clearly label the cover photo
• Group images by category (family, children, siblings, etc.)
• Send all photos together in one email when possible

Choose a Design Direction

• Choose one of the layout samples

• Send a reference example

• Request a freestyle custom design

Proof Review Process

A design proof will be sent before printing begins. Please review carefully and submit any corrections if needed. Final approval is required before printing.
